Icing Pastry and Catering
Dominique Hanna is a chef that is passionate about pastries and ironically healthy cuisine. As a result, he established Icing Pastry and Catering that fused his desire to make awesome Bahamian pastries, pastries for special occasions along with delicious healthy and nutritional cuisine. He gained his knowledge from the University of The Bahamas where he recently obtained his bachelor’s in Hospitality Management and in 2012 an Associate’s in Culinary Arts. He has gained additional experience working with companies such as Jemi Health and Wellness, Atlantis and as a personal chef. He is excited to take his company’s native pastries and cuisine nationally and internationally.
