Riccara Dean was born and raised in the beautiful settlement of Hatchet Bay, Eleuthera. She pursued and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management at The College of The Bahamas in 2015 where she graduated as the top scholar in that specific degree program. Later she pursued and obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Beijing Normal University in Beijing China. She has served as the president of The College of The Bahamas Resident Hall Association, Bahamas Youth Network Leader and guest presenter for The Bahamas Junior Hotelier Program. She is currently working towards becoming a Toast Master. Riccara has always been an “island girl with big dreams” and is always actively seeking ways to expand her horizons.
